hey sweetie! alrite first of all the first time you have sex will be painful, you might even bleed a little and you may feel sore the next day. However the pain shouldn't last for more than a day and if it hurts when you go to the toilet thats not a good thing either. if the pain is external (meaning it hurts your basic genital area) then i would give it another day or to, stay away from tampons and fragranced soaps and also hold off on sex for a few days-taking a bath may help ease the pain. if the pain is in your stomach and you have been in pain for more than a few days you will most definitely need to see a doctor! other than that be safe and always use protection. best of luck and please let me know if everything turned out ok! -sar
