Sleeping with your bra on doesn't stunt growth, that's a myth. I've heard however that sleeping with your bra on can restrict breathing slightly or affect your circulation. Also, it really isn't that comfortable, especially if you're wearing something with one of those really painful and jabbing kind of underwires.
