Hiya!
Well, the only thing I can suggest to you right now is read as much as you possibly can - everyone's opinion on Wicca is different, so it's important to you that you find the one - or the mixture of them all - that you are most comfortable with :)
Don't worry about being 12 - I was 10 when I firts got interested in magick, 13 before I found out about Wicca. Any age is fine to start getting interested :)
You can always be a solitary - I am, only I have a little extra help from my friend who became Wiccan around the same time as me! Feel free to email me whenever, or add me on any of the addys on my profile, if you ever wanan chat or ask questions!
For now, here are some good websites and books -
www.spiritonline.com
www.whitewicca.com
The Real Witches' Handbook/ The Real Witches' Book of Spells and Rituals (Kate West)
Anything by Silver Ravenwolf - as you progress in the Craft, you might come to think of this as what some people call 'fluffy bunny' Wicca (i.e. it's not the most detailed stuff and it's 'softened up' for people new to the idea of magick) but any of her books are brilliant starting points.
5 Easy Steps to Becoming a Witch (Gilly Sergiev) - another good starting one :)
Try and find out what you're interested in - there's alsorts, from spells to blessings to healing to divination. Just keep on reading and go with your instincts!
Good luck!!
Blessed Be,
