Hey, i have just recently started cutting myself, but not deep enough to leave bad scares. It makes me feel so much better, but i know if i keep on doing it that it will get worse. How do i stop without telling anyone?

So, anyway... If you REALLY don't want to tell anyone, it's going to take some major self-discipline. First, you have to get all knives or sharp objects away from you. Start writing or take up kickboxing or something instead of cutting, to find something else to rely on to relieve stress/anger/anxiety/depression, whatever it is you have. If you haven't made any impact in 2 weeks, tell someone. Please. I hope I helped.. [ l0stiNth0uGht020's advice column | Ask l0stiNth0uGht020 A Question ]
