Im in love with my Best friend
well not in love...at all just I really like him ALOT. Im not sure if I should tell him or not....or how. But he has a girlfriend (its nothing serious theyve only hugged). But hes always flirting with me and staring at me two days age he was like lying on me. Hes o cute and nice i just dont know what to do

sorry... i thought you meant that your friend is his girlfriend... since it isn't your friend you can tell him... just tell him you have feelings for him... but don't make a big deal out of it since he has a girlfriend.. also mayeb you should let his girlfriend know that he is flirting with you

Woot, seems like you already got it, what you've been telling me he likes you, go for it, mess his girlfriends face up make it deformed. Or, you can do the honest thing and tell him that you messed up her face.
