I'm 13 and weigh 120 pounds.. is that really overweight? what can i do to louse some pounds and how much should i weight for my age? i`m pretty short too. about about 5feet

Nope, that's not overweight at all, you are at an average weight. Everyone has a different body shape so everyone weighs differently at different ages. To lose some weight you just need to do three things: eat healthy, watch what you eat, and exercise daily. Don't eat foods with a lot of carbs and calories in them. Drink a lot of water too. Hope I helped :)
