13/f. I have been going out with this dude *Jay* for about 3 weeks, and he never ever talks to me at school. we talk on the phone a lot, but never at school. and the reason why he doesnt talk to me at school is because he "likes me too much" but i dont know if that is the truth. I am the shyest person around, i wont even say a word to the teachers or my friends...how should i take things, i say to him and smile at him at school all the time. but he never talks, he doesnt even say Hi, just one simple hi. what should I do...

He's just seriously shy. He just doesn't want to take the chance of saying something stupid, or something that'd offend you. Don't be scared to go up to him to start a conversation. He'll probably be happy that you came up to him so he didn't have to get up the nerve to do it himself. After a while, he'll probably get used to talking to you and come up to YOU. Just dont be afraid to make the first move and be yourself. Hide your shyness. Hope i helped!
