my thighs are a little thick how do i get that extra fatness to go away i hate it!

you dont have to worry a lot about that ,you should go to to the gym 2 days every week and ask for a trainer, your trainer will give you the appropriate excercises for your thighs and that is the most suitable way because liposection is not that good.
