too make out you put your toung in yor boyfriend/girlfriends mouth and just move ie around his/her tounge Or inside of his mouth. You can put your tounge under his or over his it doesnt really matter.If you are still unsure follow his lead. But do something dont just leave your tounge doing nothing and just sitting there lol>> it comes naturally .. dont worry about it =)
(( they may kiss you normally first and then open his lips slightly at first then take his/her tounge out if you want to make out at that time do the same thing.. ))
DONTS *
Bad breath ( always carry mints or gum no one likes stinky breath )
Dont pull away to quick or he will think you didnt like it
dont open your mouth too wide.

Breathe through your nose
Relax.. dont be uptight
dont go striaght on..put your head to one side and they will put theres to the other.. if you dont do this you will bump noses
Your lips should only be parted enough that they can get there tounge in and move it around
