Finding love

I'm 14m looking to find a girlfriend, and i've seen people i like. problem is, i can't get enuf courage to ask them out, and i lose my chance. what do girls like to hear? i've thought of things to say, but they always sound so cheesy. do i complement her and charm her? do i come right out and ask? do i lean her back and kiss her? j/k. PLZ HELP!(i'm assuming ur a girl.)
