Hi! im 11 years old . i dont like babysitters! so,
whenever colline[babysitter] comes over i play tricks on her. Ex.-steal money from purse-hide
keys under bed-put plastic bugs in her hair while she sleeps.Am i an evil little witch? is it right to play tricks on her?-thanks!-P.S.-you seem like a nice person. i wish you would babysit me!

I definitely do not think you are an 'evil little witch' for doing all these things to your babysitter, but it also isn't considerate! Why don't you try telling your parents that you don't like your babysitter - and maybe you can find a better, nicer one that way. Another thing you can do would be to have a little 'chat' with your babysitter and tell her to stop doing the things that you want her to stop doing. Try and get it settled between you guys, but if not, then go on to the parental talk and getting a new babysitter etc. But if you want complete riddance of a baby sitter - show your parents you are mature enough to handle it in creative ways.
