advice please!

okay so there's this guy ive known for about 10 years now. ive liked him since well..forever! he flirts with me and i like it. but i know he's always going to be "just a friend". is there anything i could do to make a guy like me as more than a friend? i duno, like is there anythin girls can do that will make a guy like them more?

actually this is the first question i might not have good advice for, i have this friend and we were best freinds since pre-k and then in the 8th grade she decided she liked me and we went out for 5 months and i didn't work out but now we are closer then ever so my advice is you shouldn't really focus on him
