Muscle training

Anybody know how to train up your muscles without having to buy weights or equipment. Wot is there you can do apart from press ups and sit ups.

I rate high!!!

Hey you know what works really good? You can fill a liter soda bottle with water and use that as a weight. I read that in a magazine, and it supposedly works really well. Also you can do squats and the "superman" pose. where you lay on your stomach and lift your arms and legs up as high as you can. I hope i helped.. also try getting cosmogirl magazine. They have tons of suggestions for that kind of stuff!! lyl..~~Lexi
