well yea so we were spposidly going out according to one of our friends we were going out i ask him he say no and so i wanna know if i should ask him out and or to the school dance coming up HELP

I'm kinda confused on this, but here is what it sounds like to me; I don't think you are! Did he ask you out? If he did then maybe he's just shy and doesn't want people to know, but if he's embarassed to tell people, then he's not worth it! It doesn't matter what your friends say, maybe he did something to make you and your friend think you were going out but he didn't realize he did it, this happened to one of my good friends and she ended up making a fool of herself! Before you go around saying the two of you are going out, try talking to him and see how he's feeling and where this relationship is going. As for the dance, if he really likes you, he'll ask you. Hope this helps.
