Im in the chours at my middle school, and I think I have a good voice,but I don't want to try out for a solo in front of everyone. They might make fun of me! Do have any encouragement for me?

I used to be the same way! Until my friends Meghan and Marlena told me to try out. So I did, and I got the part. You should try! If people make fun of you, forget them. They are just jerks and probably can't even sing themselves! Do you see them trying out for solos?
