that is very possible. usually that occurs over time though. but it doesnt always work out that way. trust me. i wouldnt really worry about it. alot of times they remain freinds. you got a 50/50 chance of that. as long as you two arent thinking of breaking up right now, then dont worry about it. if your that worried then talk to him about it. let him know what bothering you so much. im sure he will talk to you about it.

Hey, don't worry, if you ever do break up with this guy, you definitely will be friends with him. A relationship usually starts off with two people being great friends and staying friends for a long time. So yeah, you will be friends with him still, after if you've broken up with him (if you ever do). Knowing this guy for a long time definitely helps too. Hope I helped :)
