i told this guy i liked him and he told me he likes me. well we are unable to go out cause of his grades in school and because he can't have a gf right now. but he today he touched me in the stomach and he was hugging me today once again. we are cuddling a lot does this mean anything?

Yup, this does mean something. Since he can't have a girlfriend at this moment, he is trying to make you not leave him or forget about him so when he can have a girlfriend, you will be there.
