long but PLEASE help(please don't delete!) i am 13 and i weigh like 156 but i'm 5'7 and we did a body mass index and i was normal but i'm still big, i'm not fat i don't have a bulge in my stomach or anything but i gotta chubby face and some chub on my tummy but i need help, i've been taking my lunch and exerciseing kinda regularlywhen i'm not swamped w/ home work. and my brother just lost a lotta weight and i wanna too but he makes fun of me cuz he says i'll never b skinny and i need some good diet tips and exercise tips for someone who lives with divorced parents and lives in Indiana.i'll rate Everyone!
