im 14/f n ive noticed ive gain sum weight this year... ive never been really skinny my whole life or fat but i would jus lyk to flatten my stomach i rilli never do any sports like i should.. jus take gym n swim wen im bored and in the summer on the swim team, but i have a new friend i had since last year that eats 24/7 shes pretti much my size mayb a lil smaller if that.. shes a cheerelader so she excerise more n since ive been hangin out wit her, ive been eating alot.. i dont want to have a eatin disorder n i eat alot of healthy food i jus dont kno wut else 2 do.. i rili wanna feel good about my self before summer comes so if anyone has advice plz help me..
