the best way to stop cravings for sweets and stuff is not think about them!or you can talk to your mom/dad and say. hey i really want to loose some weight, so do you think you can have less junk things in the house. what i do is only eat one junk food a day during the week. like i eat chips at lunch. and the rest of things i eat is healthy. then during the weekends i have the soda, and candy. it has really helped me. or what also works is you say "okay for every bad thing i eat, i do __ many crunches/miles/push-ups" and you will soon not eat to many junkie things. but you need to be carful. you don't want to harm your self. if your going to go on a diet. do it slowly. just don't all of the sudon eat a tiny thing. if you slowly eat less and less the pocket inside of your stomach (that holds your food) gets smaller, and then you wont need that much food to stay un-hungry.
i hope i helped. come back again if you need anything!
