Degree, Old Spice - High Endurance, or any other antipersperant that indicates is it "time activated" or "body heat activated" might be worth looking into. I'm not sure what companies market which products in your area, but that's what to look for.

If you're up for reading labels, check for the presence of "aluminum zirconium" compounds, usually listed as an active ingredient in the product, and how much is present. One of the products I have lists Aluminum zirconium trichlorohydrex Gly (which I assume is glycol) at 19%. That is the agent responsible for keeping the area from perspiring.

There are more potent things out there, but I believe they would require a perscription from a doctor. I would suspect such products run the risk of skin irritation, which could lead to infections, just due to the nature of the product's potency along with the perpetual presence of bacteria in the underarm region.
