So Like, omg, I'm 5' 5'' and 135 lbs! Should I lose weight? Am I fat? Am I fatter than most girls my size?

Nope, you;re not fat at all. Well, it depends on what percent is fat. If most of it is muscle then you're fine. If you are mostly fat...then just get a little toned. It really depends on how you feel about yourself. Do you feel healthy? If you are really concerned about it then just run every so often or do some crunches to get toned. You definitly arent fat though. Hope I helped :)
