my boyfriend of 7 months said at the beinning of the relationship said that he wasn't ready for sex. now he says he MIGHT be ready. I'm not sure if she is ready for it.

Jamie, your 13...and I know "your friend" is you, becasue you said "my". And you made a big deal over it. Go ahead and have sex with him. End up with multiple children, living in a trailer in Alabama, a husband who is always arrested, and being sent to trial for welfare fraud. NO! Jamie, again, you have your whole life ahead of you. Dont' throw it away now
