Question Posted Thursday January 27 2005, 10:30 pm

Why do you say there is nothing worse than a depressed mother? Experience? Yours depressed. Isn't it natural for mothers to cry to sometimes? You advice was good, but I am curious on your part of the depressed mother, you said trust me you know, why do you know? Experience. How did that leave you?

well my mum was depressed when my parents first split. it was horrible. i could see she was upset but i didn't know how to help her... there is a difference between crying all the time and sometimes. my grandma is the reason my mum is fine now. she moved me and my 2 sisters and my mum into her house and mum talked to her. my mum has now remarried to a great guy who is kinder to me than my father could. it's okay to be upset but dont let it carry on for too long because it does impact you're kids.
