You could be. That doesn't mean you are, but that means that you have a decent enough chance of pregnancy. If this was just today, then you won't be able to take a pregnancy test to find out, as I think you need to wait 2 weeks before you can get results. You will have to wait enough time to see results on a pregnancy test, go visit a doctor or wait and see if you have your period. If you are extremely young and are sure you cannot handle the chance of being pregnant (aside from the fact that you shouldn't have been having sex if this was the case) then visit something like Planned Parenthood and speak to them.
You have a decent chance of pregnancy. You may very well not be pregnant, but you may be. You need to visit a doctor or a clinic (Planned Parenthood I think is what it is in the US).
