Fitting in
Hi Brina I just moved to Nebraska USA from Russia and I'm having trouble adapting to things. I mean for some reason America is just differant. The school is differant and I am tempt to take drugs and smokes to fit in. I am already in the 10th year and am strugling to keep up with normal assignments. My parents have very low paying jobs. My mom is a teachers aid and my father is a mechanic. I often wonder if I am ever going to fit in. Im wish I could just pack up and move back to moscow but I know that my parents are happy because we have some family in America. I am confused and fustrated please help me out.

I totally know how you feel even though i've never moved before. You will find a speacial friend one day. Try talking to people in school that moved from far away just like you. Do not do drugs or smokes to fit in because its not the right path to take even if you dont fit in at first. Dont forget that doing drugs can ruin your life! I'm sure that after a while you will get used to Nebraska. If you need to talk to me more about this IM me.
