ok well, you being 17 and her being 13, to be honest you are a little old for her. but if she likes you and you like her then i guess love has no age limits. you should tell her how you feel and see how she responds. you shoulnd't rush to asking her out if you dont know how she feels becuase you dont want your heart to be broken.
