i need like ways i can lose some weith with out losing to much of my boobs and butt. i am a 16 year old girl and i weight 120. i want to lose a vew pounds i know you guys are probaling thinking i dont have to btu can you please tell me some ways i can lose weight with out going for walk.s i have a tredmil and weights sometimes i do sit ups. i really dont feel comforatable in my body and i want to be able to not wear a shirt over my bikniie this summer.

NEVERLETG00 answered Wednesday January 26 2005, 12:43 pm: aw hun your like a perfect weight, and i'm sure you would look fine in a bikini, but since you want some advice, okay, well since you have weights and a tredmil, try making workouts at least like 3 to 4 days a week, like run a mile do some sit ups and lift some weights, it also helps if you eat the right amout of healthy food too. and maybe you can go to a gym to work out maybe with a few of your friends or something, or maybe at your school theres a workout gym or something, because at my school theres something like that and you can stay after everyday to work out as long as you want. xox hope that helps [ NEVERLETG00's advice column | Ask NEVERLETG00 A Question ]
