rlly rlly hard well um i cut my self once or twice and i am really depressed today and i did not cut myself yet but i want to but i know its bad and i need another way to help. because i am so lost i just don't know what to do. thanks

well first off, please don't cut yourself again, at all. anytime you're feeling bad just think about the good things in your life, or if for some reason you can't, find another outlet. what works for me is to go listen to music, sing/scream along to it, get all your energy out. it's best to find music and lyrics that fit how you're feeling and why you're angry or depressed. if that doesn't work, just lie down, breathe, and try to go to sleep. you'll most likely feel better when you wake up. but cutting is not a good way to deal with things, it's just a quick fix that you'll regret a lot after you do it, or even while you're doing it. it helps some pain now but brings a lot more in other ways, and it hurts other people too, that really care about you. ]
