Okay well my best advice for your razor burn problem is this, I suggest that you get a bath all ready and sit in it for about 15 min. Just soak yourself down there for a bit! Then i always use men's shaving cream, its a lot richer and thicker... then try shaving downwards and not up, if you do go up try going diagonally! I know it sounds silly but it def. works for me!! And you know what, i think that love has no age, i think that you can fall in love no matter how old you are 14 or 40. However, i think that you have to be mature to be in love. There is a lot more to it then you may think, and its a really big deal. I'm 18 and as much as i like my boyfriend, i know i don't love him and i personally don't think that i've matured enough to fall in love, i'm just not ready for it. So although you may think you are in love, it could just be infatuation. Which is always fun too! It's almost the next best thing! Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying you aren't in love, it all just depends on your maturity level and like i said love has no age. Love is an amazing thing that i am greatly looking foward to and if you are lucky enough to be experiencing it then that is awesome!! Have fun hun! Hope i could help ya!
