i have a friend that likes me but i dont exactly like him and he like touches me and i don't want him to. But he's my friend and all and i don't know how to tell him to stop so should i tell him?

well if you really don't like him that way, then you need to let him know that he should stop. if he's your friend, whether he likes you or not, he'd understand if you dont have feelings for him.
