cutting.....
hey i just started cutting and i have cuts all down my arm and i am afraid that a teacher or something is going to ask me where i got them should i tell them the truth or lie?

You should really stop. and wear long sleve teeshirts until they go away .. and if they see it tell them the truth .

first please never do that again...if its the pain that gives you such a rush or feeling then what you should do is take an ice cube and squeeze it in your hand and dont let go...or take a ruber band and put it around ur wrist and pick it up and let it go real fast....second...try to hide it until they fade...and wear long sleved shirts to cover it up and if a teacher happens to notice never lie...they will tell the guidance counselor anyways just to make sure...just be like i dont want to talk about it and then ask if you can go to the guidance and talk about it there....ask to have a private conversation with him/her and ask him/her to not tell anybody not even your parents, and that t was a one time thing....i hope i helped...and please dont do it again...if you ever want to talk just leave one in my inbox asking for my screen name....
