i cut myself all down my arm and i'm afraid that a teacher is going to ask me what happened now should i tell them the truth or lie?

well it all depends on how you wanna deal with it. you can either wear long sleeves for the rest of your life (not a good idea by the way) or you can let them know what happened. if its a teacher you know you can trust, go to them at a time when the two of you can talk. if you really dont think you can trust them, you could lie, but chances are they might not believe you. even if they act like they do believe you, they still might know youre lying and that shows a lot more distrust to them. it's best to find someone, hopefully an adult, that you know you can talk to, and go talk to them.
