i have a problem. i have a best friend who i want to talk to about something...but i think that she will make fun of me for it. i know she is my best friend, but its a personal problem that i need to share with her, but i know she is going to make fun of me for it. help!!
oh and by the way...you are my favorite advice columnist and you answer so many good questions.

hey! thanks for the compliment. well,if she really is your best friend, then you should be able to talk to her. but if you're really sure that she will make fun of you for it. if shes your best friend, she'll understand and will try to make things better. once you talk to her about that and "straighten things out" then you can talk to her about whatever you need to talk to her about. by the way, if you need someobyd else to talk to besides your best friend, feel free to come to me. hope it all works out and let me know what happens.
