umm.. hey what do you do when you have this really hott neighbor named joel and he has too sisters, and the dude has this thing goin on with samantha ever since preschool what should i do???

first off, his sisters shouldnt be a problem, unless you got a problem wit them, or vice versa. 2 make sure that his thing goin on wit this "samantha" are not very serious. 3 if all of the above are ok, then you probably would wanna ask the guy out if you think he likes you as much as you like him.
