one of my best friends isn't allowed to wear makeup and i mean, i know its her parents decision but shes 14 and in 9th grade so i mean...its high school...we're growing up!! so like, is there anything me n my friends can do to help her get her parents to let her wear makeup? thanx!

There's absolutely no rush to wear make-up. Really. She's only 14, anyway. What is the purpose to wearing make-up when you're 14?

Honestly, I don't see the purpose in creating friction between your friends and her parents over something as silly as make-up. If they don't want her wearing make-up, I'm sure there's a very good reason and that should be respected.
