I know people say that when you skip meals and stuff, that you actually get fatter. But how long do you have to skip meals b4 you start getting skinnier?

Karen answered Friday January 14 2005, 8:17 pm: It doesn't take that long; it just depends on the person's body. Maybe around a week or more?

AskKatieBx3 answered Friday January 14 2005, 7:52 pm: it is not healthy at all to skip meals. just try to start eating healthier and exercising. You don't have to go to a gym or anything, just play a game where you run around alot or see how many sit ups or something you can do in a certain amount of time. Then try to beat your old score every time you play or race. [ AskKatieBx3's advice column | Ask AskKatieBx3 A Question ]
