ok i'm 16/f and I like this guy and hes one of my best friends but the problem is 3 of my friends like him and they think i don't because when they asked me i told them i didn't bc i didn't at the time, but i do now. Im scared to tell them cuz they'll get pissed at me. One of my friends who likes him went out with him last year(it only lasted a week lol) and before they went out he asked me if i liked him and i said yes but so does she and i don't wanna do that to her(she was like in love w/him) did i do the right thing? gah i dunno what to do i really like him...

why should you be the one to step down? why dont you jsut let him pick i think you should tell him, that is assuming you really do like him. boyfriends come and go but best friedns are forever.
