Hi, I never kissed a boy like on the lips , like I never had my first kiss either, and Im going on 14 in Feb. I can tell you thought it is suppose to be special and kinda romantic.:) My best Advice on this would be just go with your feelings and if you two are alone and he has his face nears your, start to lean forward near his lips and lightly kiss him and if he gets into it, he will start to kiss you back. well you can wate till he makes the first move or you can wate till you guys are just chillin somewhere like your house or his and just look in to his eyes and down at his lips but dont stare till the point where it weard and he should get the hint
