Ok im a 13 year old female and im five two. I weigh one hundred and thirty two pounds and I want to lose like twenty five. the diets dont work and i feel really fat. help me please i rate high.
BurnetteBaby13579 answered Tuesday January 11 2005, 3:42 pm: well, maybe it's just the way you're built, or maybe you aren't dieting right. umm, remember to eat right, but remember that you do need A LITTLE fat in your diet. Maybe instead of ice cream have frozen yogurt. And read the labels on food. Get plenty of exercise. you could run everyday, or invite a friend to go for a walk. Just eat right and exercise. ALSO this is sooo cool. If you keep telling yourself "I can do this, I can lose weight." It helps. I watched a show, and the people that did that lost more weight than the people who were dieting the same, but didn't do that. Be confident, that's the most important rule. Hope I helped!!
babeoriental answered Tuesday January 11 2005, 3:41 pm: well okay instead of eating alot just drink alot of water while you eat it'll make you get full faster and all i can say is exercise 20 minutes a day. and eat healthy and if you want some sugar only eat it like once a week and have a good amount but don't over do it.
