PLEASE ANSWER ILL RATE HIGH!
i have this rash on my lip that itches and peels. i've had it for a while and it wont go away. could it be a cold sore, or could it because i don't drink much water? i scratched it alot and i think maybe that's why it looks bad and won't go away. i don't know though... or could it be herpes? because i gave oral sex before i got it. but my mom is getting the same thing, and so i don't think it could be herpes. what do rashes on your lips look like if you have herpes?

I don't think it is a cold sore but it could be something like that. Also, are your lips chapped because of this? Try putting vaseline on your lips; it works wonders! Hope I helped :)

It's probably just a severe coldsore or something. Cuz you scratched it a lot. I would suggest going to a doctor or a dermatologist and get a prescription for it. Good luck!
