there's this guy in my class and he flirts with me all the time like he blows on my neck and stuff but im pretty sure all he wants is sex. but the thing is i really like him and he's hott and maybe i would like to go out with him, but not have sex. how do i tell him that before he tries to "get some action"

Blows on your neck? This guy sounds kinda weird. If all he wants is sex don't bother with him,you can't change him. You can tell him "Look I know what you want. But you're not getting it. I'd like to go out with you,but sex isn't in the cards buddy boy."
