Well, let's just get one thing straight, I don't know much about this sort of thing. Eating a girl out, it's very complicating if you don't know how to please her. The faster the tongue, the better I would assume. As far as sex goes, just go in slowly, it's really hard to go slow, but just wait for her to get comfortable, and always be ready for her to tell you to get off, and don't get mad. Hope I helped bye.
