Well, let me first tell you that I LOVE your website! Well, back to my problem. I have been dating this guy for 6 years. He is great. Loving, Romantic. Everything that I want. But the thing is...he is gay. I don't know what to do. He has these gay pictures underneath his bed and I pretend not to know these things are there. His parents don't even know. Then there is the second problem. I think I gave him herpes. Please Please help me. What should I do???
You might have to have a little one-on-one chat with him (WHEN HE IS BY HIMSELF, PREFERABLY AT HOME(his or yours..either one)) asking him if he's gay. Tell him that you've seen pictures and you kinda jumped to a conclusion. You got worried and exhausted.. totally horrible. Tell him that you just need to know the truth, but YOU'LL BE TOTALLY OK IF HE IS, BECAUSE YOU'D RATHER KNOW THE TRUTH THAN LIVE BY A LIE!
If he is gay, he can't love you the way you need to be loved, even though you seem pretty happy with him. You DESERVE someone who will love you because you're beautiful, funny, smart, and a girl.
If his parents don't know about it, you should deff talk to him and ask him to tell his parents IMMEDIATELY! MAKE SURE YOU TELL HIM THAT YOU WILL STILL LOVE HIM AS A BEST BEST FRIEND DESPITE HIS HOMOSEXUALITY. MAKE SURE YOU SAY IT! Because if you still love him, it'll make him feel more confident into coming out to his parents.
Now about the herpes thing..wow. That's something that you might want to maybe go to the doctor with him.. moral support. That's waaaaaay beyond my advice, REALLY SORRY! But, you should make an appointment with a doctor. (not a pediatrician if you still go to one(hey.. some people go to pediatricians until they're 16.. I'm NOT stupid!!)) Also, does HE know that HE might have herpes? Because if he's totally clueless... then maybe reconsider.
