I really like this guy.. but when my friend asked him if he would ever ask me out.. he said no. He is a shy guy.. so maybe if i ask him out.. he might say yes.. the only t w i s t is..I am tooo scared to ask him.. so how do you ask out a guy? and i think that he doesnt like me.. so what should i do?

You should make sure it's not in front of his friends or...anyone. So once you get him alone, or call him, or IM him...ask him if he likes you. If he says yes...SCORE!
