OK hey! Well usally one of their frineds will coem up to you and be like " omg he wants to make~out with you" or he will either tell you him self. But its your desion if you want to make~out with ihm and you think he is to afraid to make the first pass then take it into your own hands. Or give him lil hints that you are ready. If he wants to do it and you don then just tell him! But really guys are jsut secreetive ti's a lil hard to tell!
