phone issues and boyfriend

ok yesterday my boyfriend was kind of making me mad ALL day...i didnt get to see him but we talked on the phone...i called him first and he said he was eating so hed cll me back in about 30minutes...then he ended up calling back in 2 hours!..then @ night we wer on the phone....he said hed call me back because he had to go eat dinner....and this was about 6pm...he ended up calling back around 11!!!!!!!!.....he didnt apologize or anything he said he took a shower and stuff....well then it was about 11 30 and his dad came in and he was like hey can i call you right back? and so we hung up...and he never called me back....=(...he told me to call him @ 12 30 today because he wanted to hangout....but i dont know if i should..should i do it back to him and not call?? or should i call because maybe his dad wouldnt let him call me back or something?? heeellllpp
