Oh.. maybe you could try talking to your parents about it again. Tweezers are around $1-$5 at Wal*Mart (The lower priced ones work well but they tend to hurt a little more... you should try to get one with a slanted tip) But if they still won't go for it I think the clear mascara will help. Or if you wear make up put a VERY LITTLE dab of foundation on eyebrows and make sure it's not noticeable.. If it's blended well it will reduce the noticeably without it being obvious that you used makeup to cover them.
