hey i have a question.
a lot of my friends say i'd look better if i had "trimmed" eyebrows. but there's one problem.. i'm not allowed to do that. so i'm not so sure what to do. please help

Trimmed as in cut or trimmed at in plucked??
if you mean trimmed as in cut... You will need a small pair of scissors (like sowing scissors) and a eyebrow/eyelash brush... You can buy all these at a store like Wal*Mart, CVS, Rite Aid, or maybe even the Dollar store... Start by using the brush to brush all your eyebrow hairs up. Then use the scissor to trim the tips of the hairs... Make sure to follow the natural line you your eyebrows to keep them looking natural.
If you aren't able to do that You can purchase clear mascara for $1 to $2 at Wal*Mart, CVS, or Rite Aid. Apply a little of the mascara to your eyebrows and brush through with the mascara brush or and eyebrow brush. The clear mascara will help your eyebrows lay flatter and keep then in place all day long without being noticeable. But make sure you get the CLEAR mascara ;-)
