how do i keep myself from premature ejaculation

i hvae this problem with girls.. while in the act i am one of thoser pre mature ejacaulationators... and it is very embarrasing, what should i do?

well.. if youre going to have sex, a few hours before you do, try to jack off, so that when you are having sex, (or doing whatever it is youre doing) youll be able to hold it longer. and if that doesnt work, try condoms. sorry but thats kinda a tough one for me to answer. if you need more help, you should ask a guy, your parents, or your doctor.
